Giveaway Rules and Regulations

ATC Yak Giveaway #1

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. PROMOTION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

HOW TO ENTER:

1) Eligible individuals who make an online purchase on Sponsor’s website at www.livelifeatc.com will receive five (5) Sweepstakes entries for every $1 spent on purchase of any item (example: purchase 10 hats from www.livelifeatc.com and receive 50 entries into the Sweepstakes). There will be no limit on number of entries received with a purchase on www.livelifeatc.com. However, Sponsor will be giving away a prize for every 200 entries received per ATC Yak Giveaway (example: 1000 entries received by purchase or mail, 5 prizes will be given away). Entries will be placed in ATC Yak Giveaways in order of receipt. The "prize" is the product advertised for giveaway(example: kayak and paddle are advertised as giveaway, 1 advertised kayak and paddle will be given away per 200 entries).

2) To enter without purchasing a product on www.livelifeatc.com, provide the following on the front of a 3x5 card. Hand write your name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. On the back of the card, in 25 words or more, hand write a response to the following question “Where would be the number 1 spot to fish if you win  ATC Yak Giveaway #?”. Insert the card into an envelope and mail to: ATC Yak Giveaway #1, P.O. Box 1024, Granger, TX 76530 (each envelope must be mailed individually) – return address and ATC mailing address must be WRITTEN BY HAND. All mail-in entries must include all requested information (as stated above) to be considered an entry, including correct postage. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) are not acceptable. Eligible entries meeting all criteria for acceptance will earn one (1) entry per postcard/envelope. Limited to one entry per eligible entrant per ATC Yak Giveaway via the no purchase method of entry (mail-in entries). Any confirmation request for receipt of mail-in entries will be dismissed. No reproductions of mail-in entry will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Mail-in entries will not be accepted ahead of scheduled giveaway (example: ATC Yak Giveaway #3 is still ongoing and Sponsor receives mail-in entries for ATC Yak Giveaway #4 or later). These entries will be discarded.

All entries must be received prior to the deadline of the current ATC Yak Giveaway. This includes entries made by online purchase or by mail-in postcard/envelope. The deadline for ATC Yak Giveaway #1 is 11:59 pm CST on October 31, 2020.
