Giveaway Rules and Regulations

ATC Giveaway #1

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. PROMOTION IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES. YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

HOW TO ENTER:

1) Eligible individuals who make an online purchase on Sponsor’s website at www.livelifeatc.com will receive a given number of sweepstakes entries for every $1 spent on purchase of any item (example: purchase $50 worth from www.livelifeatc.com and receive 50 entries into the Sweepstakes). There will be no limit on number of entries an eligible individual can receive with a purchase on www.livelifeatc.com. Entries will be placed in ATC Giveaway #1 in order of receipt. During any time of the sweepstakes, a multiplier may be added or removed by the Sponsor to change the amount of entries acquired at the time of purchase. These order total whole dollar amounts will be multiplied by the multiplier (example: 5X, 10X, 20X).

2) To enter without purchasing a product on www.livelifeatc.com, provide the following on the front of a 3x5 card. Hand write your name, address, city, state/province, zip/postal code, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. On the back of the card, in 25 words or more, hand write a response to the following question “Where would be the number 1 spot to fish if you win  ATC Giveaway #1”. Insert the card into an envelope and mail to: ATC Giveaway #1, P.O. Box 1024, Granger, TX 76530 (each envelope must be mailed individually) – return address and ATC mailing address must be WRITTEN BY HAND. All mail-in entries must include all requested information (as stated above) to be considered an entry, including correct postage. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) are not acceptable. Eligible entries meeting all criteria for acceptance will earn one (1) entry per postcard/envelope and increased by any multiplier at the time of postmark.  Limited to one postcard/envelope entry per eligible entrant per ATC Giveaway via the no purchase method of entry (mail-in entries). Any confirmation request for receipt of mail-in entries will be dismissed. No reproductions of mail-in entry will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage due, or misdirected entries. Mail-in entries will not be accepted ahead of scheduled giveaway (example: ATC Giveaway #3 is still ongoing and Sponsor receives mail-in entries for ATC Giveaway #4 or later). These entries will be discarded.

All entries must be received prior to the deadline of the current ATC Giveaway. This includes entries made by online purchase or by mail-in postcard/envelope. ATC Giveaway #1 will begin at 12:00 am CST on March 1, 2026. The deadline for ATC Giveaway #1 is 11:59 pm CST on March 31, 2026 .
