FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders when you make a purchase over $75! (US Only)
- Our goal is to have every order processed within 3 business days. Shipping is usually 3-7 business days. (International orders may take longer due to customs).
- We pride ourselves in trying to give the best quality product in a timely manner. Every customer is important.
- Due to certain circumstances out of our control shipping times may vary.
If you contacted your shipping provider and they were unable to find your package, please contact our customer support team so we can help you further.
Order Tracking:
- Once the order is processed and scanned you will receive an email with your tracking number.
- When the carrier receives your package and scans it the tracking info will be updated. (Please allow 24 hours)
- If you do not receive an email with tracking please contact Customer Support directly.
If you need an address correction please contact Customer Support.
Orders that have an undeliverable address will be sent back to us. If we receive your order back due to an address that is undeliverable, we will contact you for and address update.
Once a proper address is confirmed, we will ship it out as soon as possible and you will receive a new tracking number.
